Change of heart?
If you change your mind please return your item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund for you. Please note due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refund or exchange on earrings. Customised items are none returnable or any piece that has been made especially for you.
Flaw
We strive to give you beautiful high quality pieces, in the unlikely event they are damaged we will happily replace the item free of charge. Please note our hand made/stamped pieces are all one of a kind so never perfect. If an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery you must notify us within 48hours of receipt of purchase. All of our products are under warranty for 30 days from purchase. Outside this period replacements will be charged for accordingly.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for another style, please contact our Customer Service team on info@roxluna.com
We will check stock levels accordingly and confirm how to send your item back to us.
Please note: Return costs are not refunded but we will send out your (1st) replacement item for free. All product returns must be received within 30 days of receipt.
Other terms and conditions
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt item to our office. Depending on the payment method used at time of purchase returns may take up to 10 working days to return to you.
Please note postage is only refunded if the item is deemed faulty within its first 30 days warranty guarantee.
We do aim to get your exchange or replacement back to you as quickly as possible but depending on stock levels this could take a couple of weeks, you will be notified of any unusual delay.
